Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 November 2026

This policy explains what information Daily Life Buzz (“we”) collects when you visit dailylifebuzz.com, and how we use it. We have written it in plain English and kept data collection to a minimum.

What we collect

  • Basic technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This is kept only for a short period in server logs.
  • Visitor statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, where visitors come from (for example, a search engine) and what kind of device and country they use. It does not use cookies, does not identify you personally and does not track you across other websites. Visitors are counted using a short-lived anonymous code that is reset every day.
  • Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to reply.
  • Google Analytics. We also use Google Analytics to understand how readers use the site, such as which articles are read most and how people find us. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (based on your IP address), and your device and browser type. This information is processed by Google and is used by us only in combined, statistical form. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

At present we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run a newsletter. If we add advertising or a newsletter in future, we will update this page before they go live and explain what they collect.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell or rent personal information.
  • We don’t ask you to create an account.
  • We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

How long we keep information

Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message and then deleted, normally within 12 months. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, as set out in its own policies.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or erase it. You can also raise a grievance about how we handle it. Email hello@dailylifebuzz.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

Services we rely on

  • Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
  • ImprovMX forwards emails sent to our address.

These providers may process data outside India, under their own privacy and security commitments.
